About Us
Two former professional female athletes and now entrepreneurs with the common goal of elevating young girls and showing them the different roads to take to get involved with motorsports using STEM.
Stefy Bau, 3-time women motocross world champion, is Init Esports Founder and CEO. Init Esports is the only women-led company in the sim racing vertical. Init Esports focuses on creating sim racing programs with the goal to bring more women and minorities into motorsports via sim racing.

Nicci Daly is an advocate for women, an Olympian, an engineer, and a professional racer in the eSkootr World Championship. Nicci has worked as a data engineer in the US and Europe, one of a handful of female engineers in top level of US motorsports. She founded the Go Girls STEM initiative to advocate for female empowerment.
